Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the inSCADA Secure Access service provided by INS Yazilim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. ("inSCADA", "we", "us").

1. Service Description

inSCADA Secure Access provides secure, encrypted remote VPN access to your on-premises inSCADA systems via a dedicated subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.inscada.online). Your industrial data remains on your site; we only provide the encrypted communication tunnel.

2. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through our payment partner, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record.
• Prices are listed in EUR and are subject to applicable taxes determined by your location.
• Your subscription renews automatically until canceled.

3. Service Tiers

• Basic (Remote Access): 1 site, dedicated subdomain, encrypted VPN, best-effort support.
• Pro (Managed Access): Includes Basic features plus VPN monitoring, proactive intervention, automatic reconnect, and priority support.
• Enterprise (Business Critical): Custom pricing for multi-site deployments, guaranteed SLA, and isolated infrastructure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for legitimate remote access to your own inSCADA systems. You shall not:

• Share VPN credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access other customers' networks
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

5. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service for Basic plans. Pro plans include SLA commitments. Enterprise plans include guaranteed SLA (99.5%+) as specified in individual agreements.

6. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's customer portal.
• Upon cancellation, your VPN connection and subdomain will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to Paddle's refund policy.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your SCADA data stays on your premises — we do not access or store it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inSCADA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, production downtime, or equipment damage.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ankara, Turkey.
