INS Yazilim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. ("inSCADA", "we", "us") operates the inSCADA Secure Access service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
- Account Information: Email address and chosen subdomain when you subscribe to our service.
- Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). We do not store credit card numbers or banking details.
- Connection Data: VPN connection timestamps, data transfer volumes, and connection status for service monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Technical Data: IP addresses used to establish VPN connections.
How We Use Your Information
- To provision and maintain your VPN connection and dedicated subdomain
- To send you service-related communications (setup instructions, connection alerts)
- To monitor connection health and provide proactive support (Pro plan)
- To comply with legal obligations
Data Storage and Security
Your SCADA data remains on your premises at all times. inSCADA Secure Access only provides an encrypted tunnel — we do not access, store, or process your industrial data.
VPN connections are encrypted using WireGuard protocol with state-of-the-art cryptography (Curve25519, ChaCha20, Poly1305).
Third-Party Services
- Paddle.com: Payment processing and billing. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
- Hetzner Online GmbH: Server infrastructure located in Germany, subject to EU data protection laws.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, VPN configurations are removed and connection logs are deleted within 30 days.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@inscada.com.
