This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the inSCADA Secure Access service, processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with inSCADA Secure Access, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@inscada.com with your subscription email and subdomain.
- Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
After 14 Days
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Your service remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Yearly subscriptions: Pro-rata refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused months remaining in the annual term.
Service Cancellation
Upon refund or cancellation:
- Your VPN connection will be deactivated
- Your dedicated subdomain will be released
- VPN configuration files will be removed from our servers
Exceptions
We may decline a refund if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
